My work consists of clear glass vases with engraved floral motifs, inspired by traditional techniques such as Venetian glassblowing and 19th-century floral engravings. Drawing on my background as a florist, I depict wildflowers from Northern Europe, especially Denmark, including delicate spring blooms like snowdrops and endangered species like wild orchids. These flowers evoke a deep sense of nostalgia, hope, and reverence for nature’s fragility. Through my vases, I aim to honor both the beauty of wild flora and the heritage of glass craftsmanship, merging poetic expression with timeless tradition in a modern context.
