As a ceramicist, I am focused on creating timeless objects that stay true to their material. I aim to maintain a consistent thread between form, expression, and color. I work with earthy tones and shapes. I throw the primary parts on the wheel, after which I hand-model floral elements in porcelain on selected pieces. The ceramic objects are all functional in their own way. My bowls are meant to hold objects, food, or flowers. I create various series of ceramic works, all as a tribute to nature and its forces.
